About the Authors

Herb Greenberg, Ph.D. is the founder, president and chief executive officer, and Patrick Sweeney is Executive Vice President of Caliper, an international management consulting firm, which, for nearly a half-century has assessed the potential of more than two million applicants and employees for over 25,000 companies around the world.
